Cousins' Picnic @ Barrage 2011

Tuesday, April 05, 2011 Posted by Forest.Joyce
Labels: Cousins~

Hope you guys enjoy this little video I did on our little picnic. XD

Had fun editing it, especially the walk part! Sometimes I felt like I'm a genius for sudden ideas like these! :P

2nd Picnic that we had at the Marina Barrage, hopefully it will become our yearly tradition and we will have many more years ahead of our friendship~ XD

Minus the dragging of people in the water this time round, we played indian poker and made the loser eat nasty stuff instead. :P

I would say it's the people that matters, rather than the things we do. XD

Dearest Meowmy did an awesome post of the day, check it out for the details!

X'mas @ Studio M with the Cousins

Monday, January 17, 2011 Posted by Forest.Joyce
Labels: Cousins~

Ok, I guess I'm the last one out of the whole bunch to blog about X'mas last year. LOL.
But hey, I got my reasons, first my laptop crashed. I'm using my dad's lappy now. Which does not have Photoshop nor premiere pro or anything that I am used to on my laptop. So I need time to adapt and install my programs. :P Plus I don't have all the photos taken that day.

Anyways, I don't intend to use the photos in this post either, cause you have already seen all the same photos on everyone's post. Cause only 2 people took photos which is Andy and Jinglong.

Whereas, I took only videos that day! And I just spend the last 2-3 hours editing it to a 19 min video. The center part which is the gift exchange part might be draggy, but I kept it as it's memories! I mean, photos are good memories but nothing can beat video where each small action and every single word we said are captured.

Alright, here's the video~ Enjoy watching! <3

Filmed and edited by Forest.Joyce.
Still shots credits to AndyStorm and JingLong~ XD

Headed to "With A Pinch of Salt" located at Tanjong Katong with some of the "Cousins" last last Saturday (13th Nov) on Jiaqi's friend's recommendation. As you can see from the outside, it's a sweet little cafe which is very colorful! XD

How can I not camwhore with the cute mascot! LOL!

The walls of the cafe are decorated with colorful photos~

Menu! XD

Reading through the menu to decide what to order. Actually he did research online and had already decided what to order. LOL!!

JiaQi Meowmy pouring water for us all! XD Don in the background snapping photos. XD

How can we forget our "Official" photographer! Haha! Ah Long ar!

I can camwhore with anything lor! Don's "redberry" and the cafe's namecard. LOL!

Tell me my eyes are big and they look natural!

Although you all know it's with the help of contacts! LOL!

These are like the appetizers! Cheese fries, onion rings, pizza, and I ordered escargots~ XD Oh and also milo dinosaur! XD

Main courses! The Beef Burger's mine! And it's really a big portion, I can't even finish it lor! Then there's the chicken Corden Bleu, Jumbo Chick Leg, Sissy Crab Pasta and the Bacon and Sausage Baked Rice.

We ordered desserts too but I forgot to snap photos of those! But the Choco Lave is awesome and very reasonably priced at $4.90! I would love to go back for more of that!

Enjoying the pizza which is yummy! Haha, I find the food there overall not bad! Worth visiting! XD

Shall end this post with this photo above~ :P

Received this invite through snail mail about 2 weeks ago~ XD

Yup, it's Andy's 21st Birthday Party invite. XD

Guestbook! XD
We took photo with the Bdae boy when we arrived and it's printed and paste onto the guestbook for us to write our wishings~ XD

Here's mine~ I haven wrote my wishings yet la. :P

This is my outfit~ LOL~ The theme is Back to School Geek, I decided to go all the way out since I lived nearby. No need to travel! :P All that is missing is a pair of geek specs. LOL.

Claire and me grabbing our party hats. I think I'm trying to ask Ah Long not to take my unglam which he took anyways. LOL.

Me in my party hat. Can't help but camwhore abit. :P

BOTAK Birthday BOY!

Here's another way you can wear your party hat if you're skinny enough like Ah Long. Don beside him can't wear it this way so it stays on his head. :P
